How the Cochise County Sheriff's Office Abused the Mental Health System

When I first became aware of the smuggling activity in 2017, I was initially horrified and felt very threatened. But I persevered and took actions to try and discourage the smugglers. I requested help from law enforcement. I tried to get photographic evidence because that's what law enforcement kept asking for. As I discovered impediments the smugglers put in place to keep me from acquiring proof, I would engineer ways to try to out-wit them. I made changes to my home to try to secure it. I maintained a daily log of my observations of the smuggling activity and associated property damage. I provided my documentation of the smuggling activity to law enforcement on multiple occasions. In April 2019 when Homeland Security Investigations told me they were investigating, I tried to provide as much information as I could to help. I thought I was dealing with the smuggling situation pretty well. I was looking forward to the problem finally being resolved. And then, evidently, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) got involved. All actions to resolve the smuggling situation seemed to come to a halt. In October 2019 CCSO took action that had nothing to do with the smuggling and everything to do with me.
